Are you an age class champ in the summer-time but feel like
a chump when you swap your bike for skate skis?
Do you do the Test of Metal , the Gran Fondo, triathlons or endurance
runs but can’t seem to get in enough aerobic training in the winter?
Would you like to get proficient at skate skiing so you can ski
for 2hrs plus hours and NOT feel like
a train ran you over. Who wants to use skate skiing to gain fitness and ski effectively during the winter months?
Expect double sessions of 2 hour work-outs not including
warm-up. Minimum 8 hours of skiing in
two days. You will be treated like
high end athlete, and train like an athlete.
